Tugan hotel is a real 5 star hotel with all luxury needs, but food again you are in turkey ,, be careful

It's a very bad experience for me to book this hotel, I need to cancel the room reservation because of no alternative reson, so I emailed to the hotel and they never reply and I called the phone showed on the website over 10 times try to talk, but they don't pick up the phone and even hang up every time. I don't understand it's the service for the hotel? It's really not too nice in this kind of service.

Good place for short and long term stay could not check the fitness and spa since it was difficult to get to and it was weekend and emptylocation is great, breakfast of the three four star hotel and good for business people

Small but clean rooms, they provided me with access to the internet for one device, so I had to request for an additional access for my laptop, and it was different password. I tried to to exchange $150 they responded to my request by they don't have the liquidity! Breakfast is fine and there are healthy options

OK room with no frills. Bathroom clean and spacious shower. Staff is kind but did not understand my requests on several occasions. The gym has the oddest operating hours. And while they allow you to use the treadmill outside of those hours they don't bother to turn on the light. A little strange to be running in the dark in the morning Breakfast is so so if you are in for more healthy options.

I was booked into Tugcan Hotel without my consent, but I do not regret, at all. It is a pleasant place. Friendly staff, hospitable environment and, most important of all, delicious food.

Great location, spacious and very clean rooms (vip floors), very comfortable beds, open terrace is also a restaurant, good breakfast, very friendly service, would not look for any other hotel when i come back

Very nice hotel, that I wouldn't have imagined being that nice. The Lobby is very big and spacious with many chairs and tables to relax and talk. They have a really good restaurant in the back of the lobby that serves a decent breakfast, lunch and dinner. The employees were also very welcoming, their English wasn't the best but they tried and were successful in helping with whatever I needed. I recommend to anyone come to Antep. I'm can't really say much about the surrounding areas but it did look nice at least.
