It's kind of old hotel, need for renewal, no elevator, no parking area, I gave it 3 stars for the location and friendly staff..

Good value for money here. Very comfortable and warm rooms. Extra large selection of toiletries. Very central location by the Trabzon central park / square. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast at the top floor restaurant was excellent.

We have been here for two days the hotel is great the apartments is nice and its very clean the beds,the grounds, the washing rooms. The location is perfect because everything is near to you.
The service is good especially a guy I don't know his name but he was very friendly with us, he just saw me wearing galata sarai club shirt and while he was in the reception desk, he just show me some videos in the youtube and he told me about his favorite team so he was kind .maybe the disadvantages are 1-no elevator which is something you can live without it,
2-the wi-fi is very slow and faraway of our room.

The place is in a very great location. You can stop your car in front of the hotel and they will park it for you. I gave it 4/5 because of very slow Wifi and because there is no elevator. I don't mind that there is no elevator, but it's something to keep in mind for the elderly.

Enough for 4 stars. Location and price is excellent but prices are a bit higher than other Otels around. Quite and clean rooms (except 3rd floor). Staffs are very polite and helpful.

I like this place for its unbeatable location in otherwise forgettable Trabzon. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace on a sunny day can be enjoyable. Rooms are clean and adequate. Rates, as often in Turkey, are not. Expect to pay around 50€ for a double.
