The cleaning is not ok - it is a hospital hotel but they use the same bucket and mop to clean all the rooms (only moving the bacteria from one room to another).
The menu is poor and the prices are high.
The breakfast is quite ok.
The management of the hotel can't understand the customers' needs, even when they were told about them.
The price they ask for the room is high, especially for the services they offer. There are a lot of much better other hotels with better prices and good services.
The receptionists and the waiters are very well trained and very helpful.
The only advantage of this hotel is that it is very close to the hospital, but all the other hotels offer free transfer to and from the hospital, so next time I might consider other hotel.response / report this review -
