Nice location, lobby and restaurant , the rooms looks amazing "BUT" its too too hot with degree around or above 30° and no air-conditioning or real windows in room, the daily cleaning is simply fake, they don't wipe the floors or change the sheets the room was dusty 🗑️, the staff aren't helpful and it feels like a 3 stars hotel not 5. So UNRECOMMENDED HOTEL. 🗑️🗑️🗑️

Since 6 years of my going to turky, i never sow very bad staff working in the front disck who make my booking rome for two days he was very rood, i ask him to chang my room he was ungry, very very very rood ..he show me alots of papers with alot off reservayion.. He told me he is bussy hinting me take it or leave… the rome was vrey smal,very hot, very dark, thy brig big fan cos no air src, it was the bad 2days of my trip, i chang my hotel thank Allah… I know 2 Arab family have left the same hotel like we done….

Stayed in sofa for 14 days payed in advance and unfortunately non refundable.
Let's start with the only 2 good things which r the location, and the taste of food (room service and their restaurant).
Reception staff were clueless, careless, and rude, housekeeping staff were nice but never did their job right, they just fix the bed nothing else never re-supplied the room, I had no tissues for 6 days kept asking them and reception, even though they said they will they never did, towels too I had to look for the housekeeper and take some from them and that happened 5 times! housekeepers make a lot of noise in the morning even when the "no disturb sign" is on! room service was slow, beds and pillows r not comfortable, sink didn't work properly, room was dark and noisy u can hear every single happening outside, and rooms smells really bad smelled like sewage, windows had no screens so every insects will come in when u open them, and there's no safe box in the room!!!
Finally this experience won't be repeated and wish u don't go there and be miserable too, price was expensive and didn't worth half of it.response / report this review -

A great place and vary accommodating staff. Will defiantly use this place. We had a family gathering of more then 50 people and them made us feel like home.
Sjoping just across the street, excellent restaurant in walking distant. Transportation using metro and bus to all sites.

Very delicious meal. Romantic city restaurant in the heart of istanbul. Cool and classy area. Only parking solution is hotel valet.
