It's a bit of a shame most of the hotel seems to be more of a building site with construction noise starting at 8am and carrying on during the day. The spa facilities are there but seem abandoned with the jacuzzi tub half full and most of the steam rooms not working. The spa facilities were not staffed the whole 4 days we stayed here which was a real shame as that's one of the reasons we booked here. The gym was nothing more than an empty room suitable for yoga mats. We were quoted €70 for a 30min massage in the spa but found a much better deal in the neighbouring town of Goreme. Whilst appreciating the hotel's cave style, small pieces of rock fell from the bathroom ceiling throughout the day leaving dust and 'crumbs' of debris on the tiled floor, in the bath and in the sink. The rooms were comfortable and the sheets and towels were amazing but it seemed to lack some of the authenticity of the other hotels we visited. Breakfast was nice but the staff were not as attentive as we found elsewhere in Cappadocia or in Istanbul which was a shame. Also, a limited dinner menu in the evening. Overall, a nice hotel but needs a lot more work to bring it upto the SPG standards we expected.

STUNNING PLACE!
The rooms are in caves but modern caves! And it goes along with the concept of the country it self. The view of this hotel is breathtaking. They offer you free Wifi, free spa and sauna.
Compared to the price of one night in this place, the facilities they offer are great!

Buraya yorum atanları hep otelin tanıdıkları zannedip güvenmezdim ama gerçekten beklentilerimi fazlasıyla karşıladı gerek tarihi gerek modern bir ortam var. Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve olabildiğince yardımcılar her konuda. Her yere yakın ve otelin içerisi ayrı bir tarihi yer. Bayıldıııııımmmmmmm

Rundon't walkto stay here if you are coming. Just a gorgeous location, impeccable service, fantastic rooms, and just incredible views. You can find a place to stay for less but honestly, what do you work for? So you can stay at a place that meets mins while on vacation? Why? Stay here.

Güleryüzlü ve kaliteli hizmet var. Personel sizin için tatlı sürprizler yapıyor. Bir otelde değilde butik bir evde kalıyorsunuz. Her odası ayrı bir tasarımla yapılmış. Odaların hepsi birbirinden güzel tekrar tekrar gelmek isteyeceğiniz, huzurla uyanacağınız bir yer. Şiddetle tavsiye ederim.
