Roma Çağı sonlarında yaptırılmış olan bu kapı Kuretler Caddesi'ni yaya yolu haline getirmiştir. Ön cephesindeki Kuvvet Tanrısı Herakles kabartmaları dolayısıyla bu ismi almıştır.
