They ask for money to enter
Spa is great! If you're staying at the hotel, you can use the spa facilities (gym, pool, sauna, turkish hamam and steam room) for free. For massage, you need to pay(see the photos for the price list). The cleanliness of the hotel rooms, room service and wifi connection could be improved.
Horrible place. Overpriced and not even 2 🌟 quality. Broken and old furniture in rooms, checkin and checkout times both at 12:30 leaving you to wait for ages before being allocate a room, staff has no idea on how to serve ( they ask you to keep your fork and knife for next course of meal instead of serving a new set of cutlery) cost cutting everywhere, minimum amount of staff employed meaning room cleaning goes on all day until evening. No wonder no website outside Turkey works with this hotel!
great views but do not trust anyone there try to see the prices before you order or pay for anything.
Odalar fena değil, banyo ve tuvaletlerde ufak aksaklıklar vardı, personel profesyonel değil
Up in the top of Sapanca mountain. Cool in summer, nice snow in winter.
Great for the views and snow. Very beautiful place.
I am currently at this hotel, I wore the complimentary slippers in my room and on my way down the staircase while carrying my 1 month old infant, I slipped and fell on my back and a staff helped us up. When I went to the reception to complain the guy I met there was so not nice. He asked if I wanted another slippers or wanted to get to a pharmacy. He didn't empathise with me or offer any help. I am so pissed and will def see his manager or someone senior to him who understands English. BUT What a terrible service.
Huge hotel and nice view. Don't miss this place
Bad decoration dirty wc
I would give this more of a 3.5 star rating (but can't).
I stayed in the Green Park hotel for 3 nights at Kartepe at winter. It was snowing so there were activities like skiing and snowboarding (which I couldn't do any of them because I sprained my wrist while sliding down the mountain) but my family did.
The lobby was at ground 0 and featured the reception and few small cafés, nothing too big.
Above that floor was floor A where there was a restaurant with a buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food was actually good.
Above the restaurant were all the rooms and a pool bar on the roof. The rooms were decent and not the biggest but had a beautiful view. The bathroom was nice, didn't have a bath, only a shower and had shampoos and hair conditioners. The housekeeping was good but did take time to get to your room.
Moving to under floor 0, was floor -1 which had meeting rooms, nothing too interesting. And floor -2: where there was the Green spa which was really nice, the ski/snowboard rental place and an expensive market. It bothered me that the spa was right next to the smelly and sweat rental place, since the whole floor smelled bad but you would get used to it after a minute down there.
Overall this place is not bad at all, and would recommend it, but for a few nights only.
Forgot to say, the internet here is absolutely horrible.
My review won't be just, because there wasn't much snow when we arrived, but yet this is a very important note about navigating to the location, on Google maps, and even on others like Garmin, there's another place with the same place which is far away after a fork in the road, so make sure which one you want way before you start your drive
