The prices are high and the rooms are small the hotel is crowded and the hotel is near taksim and there is alot of resturants and coffe shops near it.

Now I am writing I stay in hotel.Unfortunately my room is very very noisy(beep of taxi and cars) and my child can not sleep normaly.I appeal of them to change my room but they do not.One of receptionist promise to change it but . and one of them was very inpolite.I interest to speak with manager but do not accept.They can not speak english..cleaning of toilet is very bad.refrigrator is warm.half of curtain is fall down.The lock of window has problem.So I can not suggest this hotel.

Fellow American’s, WOMEN period, do NOT stay at this hotel! They laugh at you when you report being sexually assaulted by their spa staff. His name is HIKMET POLAT, and he is still allowed to work here! The hotel staff discredited any claims by stating: “He has been here for 20 years and no one has ever reported anything like this before.” Obviously they are accustomed to his behavior and promote their guests being sexually assaulted and then, they mock them. They did not contact the authorities either, only after contacting the embassy, the police arrive, only to laugh and mock. This place is Pathetic!

I am an american citizen who was very exited to go to Istanbul. i booked my hotel with GREEN PARK ISTANBUL TAKSIM. I am very angry with every little thing about this hotel. for example the air conditioning which they said it was working properly was HORRIBLE! house keeping was very sloppy and untrustworthy. The hotel was disgustingly dirty. sheets smelled like the last person. for the high price they charge, i was very unhappy. trust me DO NOT GO TO THIS BAD HOTEL!

Istanbul is great though! sorry to disappoint! :)
