Have been coming here for the last few years. Doctors, medical staff, non-medical staff especially have been top notch. Hospital services were spot on when I had my son delivered here in 2021.
Other services also to satisfactory levels. I’ve been coming here more recently for regular check ups and the results have been to my satisfaction.
As a foreigner I also need help translating my requests with the doctors, and the hospital has a pretty good staff of translators who are always in stand by and ready to help every time I come.response / report this review -

Super beautiful place and they have there great translator. His name is Erman, whenever you are going there call them and ask him to assist you. Very nice service, nice people in general.

After careful selection Reviewing different hospitals arround the world I choose Dr. Emre Guler as my doctor for eye surgery. My Dr was very kind, professional, supportive and caring. I very happy with surgery results. Thank you Dr. Emre Guler. Also I would like to remark Mr. Erman for his wonderful help. To be honest I never seen such caring and pacient focused customer caring as Mr. Erman provided me. Special thanks to Mr. Erman. Strongly recomment to request Mr Erman if you are English speaker. His english is perfect and his knowledge of different culture and attitude towars pacients is admirable.

The Hospital is very modern, well-located and provides a lot of services. I was happy my insurance allowed me to apply to visit its doctors. But especially I would like to mention the work of employees who help the foreigners, Mr. Arman and Mr. Behcet, whose delicasy, professionalism and support were beyond any praise.

Very kind doctors and nurses with a friendly atmosphere, I would like to thank Ms. Sedaf for everything, she speaks good english and she helped me with everything literally. It was the first time I went there last Thursday and she helped me through it all.

27.09.2017 Tarihinde Özge Coşkun tarafından doğumum oldu. Bebeğim doğduktan sonra durumunu sorduğumda gayet sağlıklı demişti. Odaya getirdiklerinde sağ kolu bebeğimin tutmuyordu. Ne olduğunu sorduğumuzda iri doğan bebeklerde olabilir dediler. Aynı gün ortopedi dr. Tarık bey kolundan film çekti. Kırık yok dediler. 1 gün sonra taburcu olunca bebeğimi Çapa'ya götürdük. Bebeğimin doğum esnasında köprücük kemiğinin kırık olduğu ortaya çıktı.Yani olay örtbas etmeye çalıştılar.. Aynı zamanda doğum esnasında bebeğimin kafadan çekerken sağ kolundaki sinirleri zedelediğinden bebeğimi felç etmiş. Şu anda bebeğimin sağ kolu felçli. Hiçmi içi sızlamadı çok merak ediyorum.Özge Hnm'ın savunması belki bebeğinin dokularında sorun vardı oldu. Bebeğime EMG çektirdim.Kesinlikle dokularında herhangi, bir problem yok.Tamamen doğum hatası deniyor.Kesinlikle bu doktora doğum yaptırmayın başka canlar başka evlatlar yanmasın. Çoçuğumun düzelip düzelmeyeceği soru işareti. Şu anda farklı bir yerde bebeğim tedavi oluyor. Tedavi masraflarıda oldukça ağır. Türkiye Hastanesi tedavi masraflarını da üstlenmiyor.Sorumluluk kabul etmiyorlar.Neymiş tıpta olabiliyormuş böyle şeyler.Kendi evlatlarının canı yansa olaya böyle bakarlar mıydı acaba.Dilerim benim ve evladım canını nasıl yaktılarsa kendileride yansınlar.

aklı olan TUNÇ OVALI' ya gözlerini emanet etmesin. göz çok önemli. gözlerin görmezse dünyayla bağın kesiliyor. özel hastane göz alanında iyidir diye türkiye gazetesi hastanesine gittik. aslında aklımızda başka bir doktor varken tunç ovalı ya yönlendirdiler.
Annemin gözlerini şekerden dolayı katarakt ve kanama sorunundan dolayı ameliyat etti. ameliyatı kendisi yapar gerisini karısına havale eder. oda göz doktoru.
2 ameliyata 10 bin aldı. üstelik diğer doktorları 2 bin alırken o 4 binde ısrar etti. biraz indirmeye çalıştık kabul etmediler neymiş çok çok çok uzmanmış.
Son ameliyatından sonra nerdeyse annemin gözünü kaybediyorduk. kan toplamış dedi temizledim dedi. iyice temizlememiş (en son kayseri'de ameliyat ettirdik. ordaki doktorlar söylemiş. iyice temizlenmediğini nerdeyse gözünün kaybedileceğini)
dandik bir silikon takmış silikon parçalanmış dağılmış göz nerdeyse yarısına kardar kapanmış. karısı muayene ettiğinde dağılmış silikona "yağ toplamış" demiş.
bu kadar hastasını önemsemiyor işte. umurunda değil gözünü kaybetsede . karı koca aldıkları paraya bakıyolarlar.
normalde mahkemeye vermemiz gerekir ama biz Allaha havale ettik. aldıkları paranın hakkını vermiyorlar.
haram olsun . hakkımızı helal etmiyoruz. yıllarca kesesini doldurmuş umurunda olmaz tabi.
bir arkadaşın dediği gib hasta iseniz gelmeyin ama bahçesinde çay içilir yemek servisi güzel.response / report this review -

Hastanenizin hafta sonu braş Dr olmaması çok kötü birşey mesela kulak burun Dr olmaması veya belli bir saatten sonra olmaması
Yazın kadın doğuma gelmiştim çalışan biri olarak yine hafta sonu gelmiştim yine Dr yoktu
Lütfen yetkililer bu konuyla ilgilenirlerse sevinirim. Özel hastane olarak her brasin doktorları 24 saat hafta sonu olmaları gerekir diye düşünüyorum.response / report this review -

I had a very good experience. I would like to thank Mr. Ulucan Kose. He helped my son and me and without him I would have been lost. Thank you so much! Dr Mehmet Necip Cetiner is a very good physician. When I come to the hospital again, I will make sure I request him. He performed a good exam on my son and asked all the right questions. He also gave us a diagnosis of my son's problem and showed us pictures on the internet of this problem. Thank you, Dr Necip. I'm a nurse with 20 years hospital experience in the U.S. and I would definitely visit this hospital again when I need to. To both of you, I hope your hospital realizes what assets you are. Best Boutique Hospital in Istanbul. Good for trust and directness. Generally a surgical hospital excluding CVS. Great hospitality and great garden.
