The reception looks amazing but when you go to the rooms, it looks like a 2 stars hotel because the beds are not the best for a 5 stars hotel, the bathroom is very disappointing for a 5 stars hotel. Also the wifi is very unstable

VERY WONDERFUL!!! DOUBLE ROOMS ARE VERY NICE!!! BREAKFAST AND DINNER ARE OK!!! I JUST HAD DINNER AND BREAKFAST SO I DON'T KNOW ABOUT THE LUNCH, SO I BELIEVE THAT THE LUNCH ALSO IS VERY FANTASTIC!!! RECOMMEND IT 100%

SUHAN HOTEL in Cappadocia , Turkey . Is a very good hotel. The reception was excellent. Upon our arrival our rooms were ready. Although I was a bit disappointed with the room, because I had ordered a room with double bed , and I got a room with twin bed, because they told me the double was not available. Anyway I was quite comfortable in the room, so I didn't bother.
It would be nice if the HOTEL management could provide the guest with a kettle and complimentary tea bags and sugar.
Also provide complimentary drinking water daily please.
The breakfast and supper was excellent

Rated 5 stars but not from this decade!
The front of the hotel looks lovely but the old elevator is barely where it begins.. our room was at the other end of a dark hall, no cameras in the passages btw..
No kettle in room.. water is complimentary on your first night thereafter you have to pay.. tv doesn't work.. the bathroom is not maintained.. a body wash dispenser tops your barely closing shower by being a cheap lux bottle in a holder, obviously last used when the room was..
Still trying to figure out if the 5 star faring is from this decade or not.. very awkward

It's a local 5 stars hotel in Cappadocia but it's more like a 4 stars. There is a great lobby when you enter, but the rooms are between 3-4 stars and the food is scarse. The indoor pool is with a fee, as well as the turkish bath. There is a massage center and a small fitness room. If you do not have high expectations, the hotel is OK for Cappadocian standards.

The bed is not even sufficient for 3* hotel. The bed is broken because it's not flat. bad for your back and your sleep.
