Everthing is absolutely big fat 0
1 Car I booked on website was Fiat Linea for 52 Euro and after I booked I have been told to upgrade to diesel for 60 euro (as petrol was not available)
2 Got to the airport and no one came to meet us, instead I've been told to come out of the aiport and find taxi station so they can meet us there
3 Paid 60 euro for Fiat Linea, which I didn't get , oh very poor service, been giving Dacia Lodgy which was small van type and was falling apart
4 Returning the car was another nightmare again been told us to meet up before entring the airport after few phone calls I told the guy that I paid for the service "meet and greet" not "come and find me". He was very good checking condition of the old van style car but not interested in providing good service .
5 You might say why not ring them ask the change the car. Why should I ?
Don't you think that they should give correct car in first place?
6 I have been renting cars in Turkey last 18 years and never have experienced so bad service.
Never use this company unless you would like to experience what I have been through.
From now on I will pay extra few euros and will rent from companies based at the airportresponse / report this review -

We have used sky in may 2012 for the first time. we had had pre booked and reserved via the internet. We travel approx 3 to 4 times per year to turkey and to us reliability is vital. The service we have experienced was super ! We have been very satisfied and will be using sky again in july/august and october. Regards from a satisfied customer. Harry Kauffman and family
