  A great company to arrange the sale of your property, especially as we live in England. They arranged everything and even sorted out our outstanding maintenance balance. From accepting the offer, we had the money in our bank account within a week. Lovely people to deal with. Highly recommended.

  We sold our property with side Homes and both Fatih and Katrin were extremely helpful and professional plus they have a tremendous knowledge to of the Turkish system which makes the whole process simple.

  Five star service and we thoroughly recommend Side Homes if you are thinking of buying or selling your little piece of Side. It was with great sadness that we decided to put our apartment up for sale. With great trepidation we approached Side Homes, who were recommended to us by a friend of ours in Side. As we entered their lovely offices we were greeted by Katherine who put us at ease, as she talked us through the process before we put it on the market without pressure, leaving the decision in our own hands. After 6 months an offer was accepted and we arrived in Side to complete the sale. Katherine was with us every step of the way, explaining all the processes as we went along. The sale was completed in two days, we met the the new owner, who was a good man and with a handshake and photograph the transaction was complete.
