We had a really good stay at this hotel. The owner is very hands on and you ca see that he works really hard. The breakfast was also included and it was a lovely spread of breads, meat, cheeses and fresh veg. The place is located close to the lake and walking distance from the town centre

It is located very close by the iznik lake. Owner and his wife are very kind and lovely people. Service is goog quality. People are are very kind and smiling for making you feel comfortable. Kitchen is super Rooms are clean. You may have the chance for riding bicycle or canoeing on the lake. Iznik is full of great ancient buildings, such as church and mosques.

This is a very good place to eat and stay. The owners and staff are very pleasant and were able to communicate in satisfactory English which was great. The breakfast was excellent.

The place is so simple and unique and the people who work there, specially the owner is so friendly and sweet they treat you with respect and make you feel at home with your family. I really loved it. The lake is so close from the hotel. And there are a lot of cafes near the place. The breakfast is wonderful, the rooms are homey and comfy. Seyir butik cafe& hotel is simply perfect.

Çok güzel bir otel. Söyleyin size göl manzaralı bir oda versinler. Tertemiz mis kokulu yataklar da derin bir uyku sonrası balkondan temiz göl havasını içinize çekin. Sonra güne başlayın. İznik zaten güzel bir yer. Hem tarihi hem doğasıyla görülmesi gereken bir yer. Tavsiye ederim.
