  All the staff are very nice and friendly. They give good advice and recommendations for tourists.
  The room was good for us and clean, and the housekeeper cleans it everyday.
  
  The location worked for us. The area is quiet at night which is what we wanted!

  All the staff at the Serdivan are very helpful and professional they made our stay at the hotel a happy one.
  
  Room was very clean with a decent kitchen, towels and linen changed daily, friendly maids that offered additional items to make our stay very relaxed.
  Very nice Turkish breakfast with toast, egg's, meats and tea or juice
  
  Location is very good in the middle of everything, very close to the tram tracks and a short distance to main attractions.
  
  Overall we felt like we had lived in Turkey and not just visited it and that's what I like about the area and the hotel it feels like you are part of the community not an outsider looking in.
