This is a 4 star hotel. Located in an elevated area above sea level, it offers stunning views over the valleys, the sea and the city. It features clean and smiling staff and has many types of rooms including a private Jacuzzi for travelers honeymoon, including connecting rooms for families with large numbers and breakfast breakfast offers an unprecedented look. I highly recommend it..

5 shining golden stars for Sera Lake Resort Hotel. The hotel have spacious and comfortable rooms and facilities. Professional cooperative staff. Spectacular views and I definitely recommend it for all kind of travellers.

Although the hotel is 3 starts but as per myself & my family experience during our stay, w shall give the hotel 5 stars .. hotel is clean with a wonderful view & friendly staff .. somehow it's far from the main Street but this because the hotel located on the top of the mountain .. I do recommend this hotel

Very nice, clean and perfect view, hotel is new and everything still in very good situation, no noise and good area for sitting and relaxing, team are cooperative, only note : first level rooms are near to terrace so you cannot have full privacy, in general on of the best hotels in Turkey

Mükemmel bir otel. Standart odaları bile çok geniş ve odalardaki bütün detaylar düşünülmüş. Dağ, Deniz, Göl manzarası bir arada. Doğa ile iç içe inanılmaz.

ممتاز جداً ذو إطلاله خلاله على بحيرة سيراقول ويمتاز بأنه جديد وفي الإستقبال يجيدو اللغه العربيه بطلاقه أم ناجي والين

جديد جدا مفتتح من اقل من شهر
على ارتفاع ٣٠٠ متر
واطلالة مميزة على بحيرة سيرا قولو
وطاقم الفندق رائع جددا خصوصا الاخت أم ناجي (تركية عاشت في السعودية ١٤ سنة)
موقعه غرب طرابزون على طريق منطقة أكتشبات
تفرق له نفس مدخل مقهى Akpinar
والصعود إليه يحتاج مسافة ٣ دقايق طريق مرتفعات لكن مزفلت ومرتب.. سيارة عادية تكفي جدا للوصول اليه..
وقريب منه (اذا كملت الصعود ١٠٠ متر) مطعم اكبينار ومطعم ساتو.. كذلك بقالة..response / report this review
