  New Suites with large space and good facilities. The lighting design is very bad not matched with luxurious building especially in lobby. Service is not professional at all and it needs for professional system and additional staff. Breakfast area is very busy with almost no operation staff. It needs for suitable organizing to feed the number of clients using it and the dishes are alot but not studied to make suitable breakfast meals. It need for professional chief and dinning manager

  The rooms are clean but the restaurant verrry dirty there is flies everywhere on food and dishes, also in room . And the room service is zerooooo really zero no sleeper no napken and reception always busy no answer . Also check in take really long time. The resort is crowded I can’t sleep in night too much noise and no air conditioning you have to open the balcony when that you hear all noises. Dogs voices are very loud in nights you will never sleep.

  Rooms were not clean enough
  Food was expensive and not many hot meal choices .only few choices
  Very far away from centre .
  Pools are small. Only good it was weather . to much noise around.
