What I'm about to say won't fit here. I'm writing this review before I leave the hotel.
We got worse service than the apartment in the hotel (supposedly a 4-star hotel) where we came with the intention of having a nice holiday. There is no service you see on the website to make a reservation. We will enter the year 2021 2022 There is no WiFi TV (I saw these complaints in another comment before I came to the hotel, but I said how much time has passed, it has been fixed now, but unfortunately) the rooms are very hot, the rooms are not kept in the room until the window is opened, God forgive me, I do not want to write this, but it's a disgrace, go to eat here, have toast outside eat it better, in the simplest terms, would the rice of the rice pudding stay alive, it would almost break my tooth. Leftovers from yesterday are served the next day. When we arrived, they said, "Your room is not ready yet, can we make you wait a bit?" Although we arrived at the hotel at 19:15, which we had to enter at 14:00, we got the answer that your room is not ready. In order not to be disgraced with your money, which is not enough to tell, I say look elsewhere. In conclusion, even 1 point is too much for this hotel.response / report this review -

We came for a 4 days 3 nights 2 room stay.
1 month ago, I booked two rooms side by side, although it was written in the reservation note, we had to stay in cross rooms.
I could not make a reservation for the pouch-foam, although it is paid (because there is only one employee).
The television broadcasts in the quality of the 1990s.
The ants made a movie.
Telecommunication is bad, phone and my own internet are not working.
The hotel has Wi-Fi but it is not functional.
Employees seem to be working hard. You cannot find someone to answer your questions, and the employees cannot/cannot direct you to anyone.
The pool is open between 09:00-21:00, you need to empty the pool between 12:30-13:30 in the afternoon; they need to clean up.
Unfortunately, there is no professional understanding of management, an order based on amateurish glossing.
Since it is close to Istanbul, I wanted to try it as an alternative to the hot springs in Afyon, but I was disappointed.response / report this review -

Before making a positive and negative evaluation, I can't understand the following: apart from this hotel, there are separate pools of timeshare properties and the palace very close, especially the timeshare pools have open pools, both large and open pools for women. to increase the space.. as a negative, the ventilation of the rooms is insufficient due to the opening of the windows, but there is air conditioning, the wifi did not work as long as we stayed (except for 1 hour), the salad and dessert part in the meals was fine, we saw the main dishes, meat, fish and chicken, it is considered low in taste, we could not get a taste from the tea, the breakfast is standard quality pools were good. When it comes to maintenance, it was better when we used the pool of the condominiums for two days. For us, the staff was very kind, meticulous and the interest was very good. The care of the rooms to the hotel was good. When we came 5 6 years ago, hot chocolate vs. coffee machines were in the middle, the eye searched for it, no lie. .women's outdoor pool The lack of it is a shortcoming. I recommend that you open the pools of the timeshare side as an opportunity to your guests..

This is the worst hotel you can ever visit in bolu your life and here is why
We are in the middle of a pandemic right? We got unwashed blanket and unwashed pillow that smelled like onions
When we complained to the manger they said that's because someone forgot to wash them!!
The insects and mosquitos bite us all night, we had to use the unwashed blankets to cover ourselves not to be bited. there is no air conditioning.
There is no WiFi, it never works if you have anything to do online forget about it here.
The swimming pool is unclean, we went inside during the "cleaning" period of the pools and they were putting the same dirty water that was outside, inside again.
Of course there is no one to clean the room, the lobby in the block was dark and not lighted and looked like a horror movie, the lobby in the entrance looked fancy but it's just a bait to catch you inside.
The only thing that this hotel can take 1 star for is the nature around, it looks amazing but unfortunately this hotel doesn't deserve to be here.response / report this review -
