(Unlike the hotel "Chateau Lambousa", where there is no normal organization of services, the service is at level "-1" (that is very bad, but expensive), and the boss of the hotel is a crazy boor and racist.)
In the hotel "Salamis" everything is very good and high quality. Good location, clean beach with sunbeds. Pools are cleaned every night, in the restaurant "buffet" a large number of delicious dishes. Throughout the hotel you can walk barefoot and do not be afraid to get injured.
Since our guide, was the same racist as the boss of the hotel described above, we got a very uncomfortable room in a bad place near the parking lot. But the administration of the hotel "Salamis", without any problems agreed to change our room for a better one near the pool and the sea. And we were spoiled only one night due to the guilt of the guide.response / report this review -

All the bad reviews that this hotel has received I would totally agree with.
Five Star it definitely isn't.
The hotel food leaves a lot to be desired - if you like sweet sickly cakes and baklava you would be in heaven but everything else was under seasoned and bland.
The tea was disgusting without a English teabag in sight. Fortunately I took my own.
The beach is inaccessible for people with disabilities
as is the bar where they serve afternoon tea and more cakes if you haven't already had enough. Both have quite a few steps and no ramp.
There was also building work being carried out. Not what you want when you are on holiday relaxing.
Obviously in the other bad reviews when the hotel replied saying they would take steps to improve things nothing has been done.

Luxury all inclusive resort in a reserved sandy beach. Big buffets big swimming pools. A waterpark. Not really luxury.

Don't touch the'100%' orange juice. It is squash and has caused a large part of my group food poisoning. Still suffering after 2 weeks. Otherwise, lovely place!

The 5 star rating for this hotel is probably based on the Turkish star rating system. For everybody else this would represent either a 3 or 4 star rating. I agree with most comments aired already on the positive side, hotel staff and food are excellent. Room was big and welcoming, shame the towels in room were not up to standard, out of the four in the bathroom, one was grubby and the other was torn. However for the price we paid it was value for money.

This is not 5 star the only decent thing about this hotel are the bar staff and room attendants. The food is disgusting. The duvet does not fit the bed holes in sheets and the Chinese restaurant is foul and they charge €10pp. The shuttle bus you pay for. Find a decent hotel.

Very good hotel, pleasent staff and kind peoples, the room is big and comfort, alot of space and very clean.
You can find here everything, including tennis, vollyball, and football, big pool and great food.

My holidays in Salamis Bay Conti were amazing. Hotel is fantastic. There is free wifi everywhere, beach is almost outside the window, there are lot of rocks in the hotel's swimming sea area that you can discover by scuba diving. There are lot of pools, for adults and children. Food is awesome, lot of everything , there is only one minus - I was in main building, evenings were quite loud, music was heard even when I closed windows. My friends lived in the other building, there wasn't loud at all.;
I was with a child so sometimes it was difficult. Activities and atractions were really.intresting.

I am at the beach of Salamis hotel now. I can say that you will be more than happy if chose to stay at this hotel.
Staff is hard working, pleasant with smile and polite words.
There is a lot of food & drinks. You will gain some weight for sure.
Internet is excellent at all areas.
Our room is not in the main building. It is like 100m walk to the restaurant. Room is clean, new and spacious.
I feel great at this place. They care about the guests. I do recomend and would love to come back.

Very good place to stay in Northern Cyprus! Clean, roomy, comfortable. Good Spa for reasonable prices. Nice beach. A new Chinese restaurant open not long ago is one of the places to visit on this side of Cyprus. Good service, friendly staff! Recommend to visit :)

Great Sea view from the restaurant. The sea is beautiful crystal clear. However the surroundings are very wild a lot of garbage can be found in the sand despite of the daily cleaning by a tractor. The mini club for kids is fun and we enjoyed the fact that the girls were very friendly and could also speak Russian to our son. The restaurant service is excellent. The food is good. The reception service is excellent. The problem solving is a problem. The rooms we had was dusty from day one not vaccumed properly. When we asked the cleaning manager for help to get a vaccumed room and no dust on the bed, table and TV because we have a small child. He simply asks us if you wish to cancell your booking. We found the room too dirty for our standard this is why we do not recommend this hotel . no one from the cleaning team came to solve the problem. In a week it wasn't vaccumed once and the dust hasn't been removed. The carpet is old and full of dust and dirt. If you have allergies you will have difficulties to breath. We even received a dirty beach towel we asked to get it changed. We got new one but no apologies.

Hotel personal stuff are very warm and sincere,also ideal for kids 0 - 12 too many activities for them .Rooms are comfortable (except for the bath tube entrance,which is too high) There're sea and pool options,Turkish bath,tai massage,market, jewelry, Burberry store, parfum store, hairdressers"men&women" No regrets.

Only buffet. No Meat! Dont take the "free drinks" on less you love beer, the wine is awful. Rooms are fine although beds are very hard.

Great hotel. Good food and clean rooms. Unfortunately most of the staff isn't friendly at all. If people were more nice, I'd gave it a 5 star recommendation.
