Pros:
Relatively price is very convenient. I'm talking about the difference of $ 100.It is very complex to show the operation of the customer do not try to cut more money.
You don't have to doubt that he's experienced and will handle the job.
Cons:
Their relationship with the customer is very poor.
The phone and the computer have behaviors as they are more interested in the customer. So do not expect much eye contact.
Because of the above two items, they create a mistrust in customers.
