  price was the most important aspect for me.
  100 t.l. a night double room , was perfect for me + the location was excellent
  close to bakirkoy square (midan) from there you can find many taxies to anywhere you want to go.
  very close to busy street with all the services someone might need.
  slow free wifi, TV , good air conditioning.
  
  down sides (of course with such price)
  1- receptionist doesn't speak but Turkish , very difficult to communicate with
  2- the room was small with no refrigerator
  the bathroom was very very small !!
  3- no elevator
  
  in the future I might come again because the price is important.
