  Here is the best customer service I have find from Turker and Aziz. In the breakfast I liked the waiters turgay and Canan.at the end the service is seven star service

  Staff are nice
  Rooms bit small but very clean and beautiful bathroom is good room service is very good
  The Holtel,s position is very strategic he Tram line is right across the street
  Definitely will be recommend this hotel to everyone i know who is going to visit Turkey

  I stayed at this hotel in January 2009. Even then it was excellent. I hosted a conference there and it is in a prime location. Not too far from the airport and also near the Old City places to visit. I would recommend this hotel rather than staying in more modern areas of Istanbul if you want to experience the real Istanbul!

  Thanks alot for your amazing hospitality.. I like that too much.. However, I just wanted to comment on Cigarrates/ smokes smell which disturbed us at night time too much. Kindly, take it seriously.

  Nice location But the service and the staff are very bad and them didn't respect the guests
  Them locked our room and our bag and all our staff inside the room ..
  
  I feel I am inside the prison The staff are disrespectable

  Good hotel but bad breakfast and the only free to consume in the room refrigerator is 2 500cc water bottle and the clothes locker is too small and without door

  Nice hotel and good located. Good and nice staff. Great rooms. Just Arabs behave strange and dirty there. And hotel is full of them.

  Extremly nice hotel, centrally located and close to the tram. Pity the spa was under renovation when we visited. Breakfast buffet could be better.
