Very friendly staff and nice rooms. Every time I’m in Istanbul I stay here. The internet connection is a little unstable, but apart from that everything is great.

Shower wasn’t working good. Room is clean but it’s like a freezer. They charge for parking and breakfast. It says free on the website. Nothing special but location. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The rooms are elegant, clean and well furnished, but there is so much noise coming from outside that you can never feel calm. It has the worst internet connecton of all the hotels in Instambul, and I visited eight of them during the last year. And I have to add that Ramada was the most expesive. Third and the last time we were in this hotel we took the room on the ground floor with a "terrace" hoping that there will be less noise and that we will have some fresh air. Nothing of it happend, but, this time, internet connection didn't work at all, so we had to get out of the room into the corridor to send mails. Some of the receptionists were unpolite, almost rude. Breakfast area is closed, with no windows or possibility for the fresh air so it doesn't smell very well, but breakfast itself was very tasty and well prepared and offered many choices.

Reception staff must review their guests priorities I came late with my family holding a baby in my lap.. my family holding luggages and baby pussets waited patiently them to finish previous guest.. however when it was our turn.. recepcionist made us wait and help someone else to.print their things some exam entry papers. except this thanks everyone for their kindness and service.

Hotel is nice though amenities are fairly basic. Location is not bad - next to a metrobus stop. It's not exactly near the tourist attractions on the European side of Istanbul but only about 45 mins away using metro. For the price, it was a fair option. Rooms were clean and reasonably furnished.

We came back at 11.30pm from the city and we discover that the room has not been cleaned. So i have decided to call the réception but the guys told me "sorry nothing can be done at this Time"!!! Frustrating! The girl at the réception was not friendly at all once she received us. Lobby is not so nice. The shower is full of water - something was broken
We can see some answer from the hotel - but why do we still see some problems and consequently you have bad notes !!?you must proceed to action !!response / report this review -
