Worst post office ever, losing your item at their office due to leakage of caring strategy and you don’t know from where to pick up your cargo. Almost 2 months left until now, no barcode sent to my phone with the domestic track number.

Even giving you 1 star is too much for your horrible company.. I Haven't received any of my 4 posts because they just don't want to give it.. This is the 4th time.. Shut this company down.. You have got only 1 job and you don't do it..

They returned my parcel Back to Germany without informing me. When I went there, they said you had 20 days to come here to process your item. I told them nobody called me. The tracking even was showing it was still under process. PTT helpline had told me to go to this center. Here, they told me that helpline is not aware of the update status. Very unpleasant experience.

Welcome to hell my dear package. It took you 7 hours to arrive from england but now waiting for your new owner in there. some manager will like you and take it to his infant at home. I will keep waiting as if I do not know who I am dealing with.
