Just on the side of the bosphorus sea in the european side of istanbul with an open bufet and multiple choices for all meals. Just amazing. Good prices. Good ambiance.

The food was phenomenal. The ambiance was great with a breathtaking view of the bosphorus. However, the service is trash. The waiters take forever to respond and when they do respond they tend to be quite mean. Would not recommend whatsoever

Tasty food, amazing view but the staff are very slow. It took them almost 30 minutes to get an empty plate for my sister. My brother had to get the empty plate himself that wasn't professional for a huge restaurant like that.

Very beautiful, classy and clean restaurant and cafe,
I have had chocolate mocha here which was amazing,
The weather is wonderful in March.
The view here is breathtaking.
You can see the shipping boats sailing in the canal with hundreds of seagulls flying over it.
Beside that it’s very very old and historical restaurant.
The staff are cooperative and polite.
They offer delicious food and shisha here as well.response / report this review -

Great place for breakfast. They have a huge buffet and it is clean and in a marvelous spot on the Bosphorous. Holiday times are also very festive. Price is reasonable for an all you can eat buffet that includes deserts, fruits, teas, coffees etc.

The view was breathtaking. However, I don't like the atmosphere. It was fully with smoke of shisha and normal smoke. Moreover, the staff there weren't polite at all.

We are family 3 adult 3 children came to opa to eat our breakfast they force me to take set menu for 3 Adult ,price for each 75 lira the total is 225 or take buffet for person 65 and two children is freethe amount of food is too mach can't eat it ..if I go any 5 stars hotel like four season eat in the garden facing a beosbhorus in same price more comfortable and better than opa in the end i had a bad experience .
