  This company is a joke! We booked one week program with them on Northern Cyprus on 15-22 January. The guide´s name is Çetin. It was awful. Not only he was not giving almost any valuable or interesting information, but he was treating travellers like kids, repeating one sentence at least 3 times. What was most ridiculous that he was literally begging for tips. At some point it was not funny anymore, but irritating.
  It was a German group, alright, and on the last day someone made envelopes with guide´s and driver´s names on them for tipps and sent it around others in the bus. People were putting money in it and when everyone did it and the envelope reached Çetin - he sent it back! He literally returned envelope full of money and told that it is better to give him tipps personally and also "advised" how much should it be if we want establish "friendship" with him! I have no words for this.
  Concerning travel program itself: half of the time you will find yourself in places such as leather goods firm, jewelry company or souvenirs shop with whom they have deals and procentage of sells. Those are all swindlers. Items are super overpriced and of a low quality! Imagine, in one store they brought down the price for a leather jacket from 1800€ to 380€!!!! In a jewellery store we were stupid enough to buy a set consisting of a ring, earrings and necklace with turmalin for 150€ only to discover after that the stone on the ring has a big scratch on it. It cost us lots of time, efforts and nerves to make them change the stone next day. They refused to take the goods back. We felt cheated and disgraced. Also because the representative of the company was super rude to us. My girlfriend even cried after, so bad she felt because of this.
