The ort is good, it is near to the markets and some historical places.
On the website of the Hotel, it was written some lies such as (Rooms with Garden view) or ( Charming old 19th century Ottoman House). There is no garden at all there. There is only a view of a narrow street with high gray poor buildings, some stores, and poor restaurants. The Hotel and the street have nothing to do with the Ottoman history as they claim, It is just lies.
The hotel staff are unprofessional and gives an uncomfortable impression. If you booked a room online already, that does not mean you will not pay again. The hotel staff could change your Booking without any respect to your already payments or choices. So you may be sent to another room and requested to pay the difference. When we checked in, the staff asked us to change the room which we booked. We got the impression that the room which we booked already might not exist at all or it is booked from other guests. It is like they get people to pay the cheap option just so they can get more money from them after.
The toilet was already almost blocked when we checked in. Shortly after that, it was completely blocked. So we had to ask the unmotivated staff several times to come and open it.
The rooms are very small and full of furniture. The stairs are steep and unsafe. There is no elevator. So it is not suitable for families with children at all.
There is no laundry service at this hotel. So if you are planning to stay several days, you should find a solution for the laundry outside the hotel.
The cleaning of the rooms was not always daily, sometimes they clean every two or three days.
Conclusion: We will never visit this hotel again.response / report this review -

Awesome budget hotel to stay in , specially if it is a sales season many many markets are just 2 mins walk away , good eating places near-by ; just 5 mins away from Metro-station
Best people of hotel are Khurshid and Behzad they are the front desk officers extremely helpful and ready to go upto any extent to help there residents, the only drawback for this hotel is that there is no any lift in itso you have climb stairs

Good small hotel, quiet area, easy to find, friendly staff and knowledgeable of the area and can give you advice about places to visit and how to get there. Rooms are ok but no lift to top floors. WiFi was slow sometimes specially in the evenings!

Very bad un co-operative staff . After making reservations via booking . But after we have reached hotel . They informed us that this price is fake. I will never go there again . My advice to anyone to keep away from this hotel . His only advantage is its location .

Nice grande room for family, all kind of shop activity are near
One thing is not good which is no elevator and i rent in 5th floor ( the hotel staff helped caring the bags up)
Nice friendly staff
Its ok place, new AC, Modern room style

İ stayed for 1 day the reception was good
Rooms are clean ppl are friendly and the prices are good/cheap

It's the best location. It's is in the centre of most things and close access to metro and all busses.. not far from tram. If you want to keep fit also I suggest walking to the blue mosque right from the hotel. Most reasonable price. Excellent staff.. nice rooms.. superb breakfast. Two thumbs up

very good for its value
i spent 4 days in this hotel, the hotel is 800 M from the nearest metro station , which is a good thing metro is very important when choosing a hotel in Istanbul room service is very good- but don't speak english the room rates is very good the hotel offers a free fast well covered WI FI it's near to a lot of attractions the bad things: *the lowest room in the hotel in located in the basement - they offered me to change it when i arrived to the hotel, which i did * the hotel doesn't have an elevatorresponse / report this review
