My order numbered 5331 came damaged and the courier returned it rightly without taking it out for distribution. When I talked to NefisKoy, they said they would send a new one, but they didn't. You can see how uninterested they are from our Whatsapp conversations. When we talk on the phone, I say did you send the cargo, they say yes. I say send the cargo tracking number, they say they will send it immediately, but they do not. They went after the painting distraction.
