  It is quiet clean and convenient to study there
  There are some sets placeces provide an electric pulg
  And there is a mosque and resturant down

  One of the worst KUTUPHANE management i have seen and experienced in my whole life. beautifull building, nice yard but Bad Bad system and poor management. Especialy nobody know english!! I was expecting much more.

  The shittiest national library (or a library acting at national capacity) I've ever been to.
  
  Dated periodicals (and might I add in such small portions), hour long queue upon entrance, pitifully limited access for visitors are all pale offenses in the face of the fact that this library, though admittedly a research library, does not have ANY TITLES, even your usual reference titles over its non existent accessible shelves.
  
  Simply put, you have to know what you are in for in advance. You cannot hope to be inspired by the ambience and the initial entry towards future research. That might explain why the majority of the crowd is there to study for exams towards completing a degree or earning a position in the state as officers with the books they've brought along.
