Absolutely brilliant place to stay. Great staff, great food and great views from balcony. Has spa and hammam which you must try, felt amazing. Pool area and bar are lovely staff are very attentive. Would definitely go back.

You can't even bring guest over for the day. They want to charge the guest. Not staying over night even. Never had this problem at any hotel in the world. Of course you meet people on your vacation and sometimes want to spend time in your hotel before going out or what ever. Brings down the quality.

We booked some rooms at this hotel and when we got there we were told that they were full and moved to another hotel outside the city. The new hotel was extremely unhygienic and had terrible service. We didn't get any compensation for the inconvenience. Not even an apology. Avoid at all costs.

Hotel is very nice, and stuff is pretty helpful. It's on decent location very well conected with Alanya city center. Beach is ok, not sand as Kleopatra beach but still good. Both pools are nice, we prefered more silent pool.Food is decent and drinks are served by waiters. Our room was great, very well equiped and with a sea view.

Nice hotel with no territory (pool and open air restaurant). Nice food, many fruits and good quality dishes in restaurant. Beach is in 500 meters from hotel across the road. Minimal animation staff & night entertainment

Awesome, comfortable and modern. I passed a really great stay there. The personnel is friendly and helpful. I recommend this place to anybody who wants visit Turkey and this marvellous city!

I only give it 3 stars because all outdoor venues are overrun with inconsiderate smokers. Most guests are Russian speakers, and young or old, they all smoke. Not fair or reasonable to poison other guests.

Nice hotel. But not anything out of the ordinary.
The Hamam and massages were great. Lots of different food. Changing outside grill for dinner.
Their 'a la carte restaurant' is not actually what you expect. You get the same food as at the normal dinner buffet, but served to your table at the beach. Didn't impress me at all. I would have rather been at the normal dinner buffet and choose what I eat.
There isn't much to do there. You'd have to go to Alanya.
The big pool always has music and can be quite annoying. Try the silent pool by the entrance outside.response / report this review -

Tip:
- noisy rooms
- bar closing 23:45
- hotel rules are not applied to Eastern-European guests (no drinks and food in the rooms)
- food piling (and no consumption) is allowed
- staff is not interested in the customer; no smiles, no greeting

Очень плохо место Stay away! Nothing good about this hotel. Bad location, some of the staff unfriendly, the beach is far away and made of stones and trash. You may also jump into a pile of broken glass if you enjoy scarfes. Naja

Perfect experience! My friend and I loved the hotel, the pool, the rooms and the food (especially the drinks). The staff was so professional and sweet. Very nice hotel and totally 5*!!
