  We were familiar with the menu so we ordered kaburga dolmasi (stuffed ribs). Before the entree arrived we were given stuffed baby eggplant, a wonderfully diverse salad with pomegranate sauce, and flat bread served right from the oven. Our server removed the meat from the bones and delivered the meat and bulgar on a large platter. Resist the temptation to eat just another bite because you have to save room for dessert: irmik (semolina) helva with vanilla ice cream and tea. Compared to other restaurants, it is expensive but you won't find this traditional dish in most places. To most foreign visitors, it is very reasonably priced but a bit pricey for the average native.
