My experience here was fantastic.

Located in the basement of the Nupelda Hotel, the facilities are clean and private. The atmosphere is dimly lit and lightly scented, giving it a relaxing and sensual feel.

My masseuse made the experience; she was attentive and professional, and took care to make sure I was enjoying the massage without being intrusive or bothersome. Pre- and post- massage and bath she was cheery, conversational, and down-to-earth, and we shared some laughs during the massage as well as silence. The other staff members I spoke with were all helpful as well and made sure I was attended to.

While the price may be a little higher than some other places, this experience was worth every penny. I will definitely return here next time I am back to Istanbul!

Outstanding customer service! My therapist was from Nepal and provided the best treatment I could have hoped for while on holiday! The manager and owner were so courteous and accommodating! I highly recommend this place for rest and rejuvenation!
