  Unbelievable, incredible This hotel must apply Guinness I have not seen any other hotel in my 70 year of life anywhere in the world charging 50 TL surplus for pool entry!.. And informing guests at the hotel ONLY during CHECK-İN, not during reservation by telf Congrats the President of The Uni and the Manager of the so called 5 🌟 Marma Good deal !

  Otel den memnun kaldığım için 2. Rezarvasyonu yaptım fakat resepsiyon görevlisi olumlu ve nazik değil ilk intiba herzaman önemlidir. Odalar temiz ve ferah oda servisi kibar ve hızlı 2 yıldızı resepsiyondan kırdım 😉

  DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL. I booked by mistake this hotel thinking it's Marmara Hotel Taksim, after 20 min from booking I realized that I did a mistake and called them telllibg them my story asking to charge one night and refund the rest of the money, they refused. This hotel accepted to take my money for a service they didn't provide, for 4 days I am trying to reach the manager and he don't take my calls. Shame on this hotel, it seems they have no guests and very hungry for business. People are never shy, I didn't see such hotel in my life, but it seems since they didn't have occupancy, they are willing for everything
