When the employee they sent for the installation of the air conditioner said that the pipes of the air conditioner would remain outside and that they did not install the ductwork, I had to have an electrician do it, it became clear that they were not tradesmen. The service fee was 100 TL and went happily. Good luck, macro service.

!!!! DEFINITELY DO NOT CONTACT!!!!

They came for air conditioner transport. They broke the working air conditioner, emptied the gas completely, said the extra device was broken and demanded 1200 liras. Because I was at work, they took 200 TL from my father under the name of dismantling fee. I complained and they didn't come back. The service manager at their head cannot bring together two completely disgraceful words and justifies himself wrongly. I called the authorized service and it issued a bill of 1400 lira. The part called ustelik was working.
