This is one of very few hospitals in Istanbul that I would be able to compare to a good hospital in Europe. Resident or tourist, we always try to get here especially for the more serious things as the doctors are experienced, can speak English and are good at what they do. The facilities and cleanliness are of the highest quality in Turkey. Well recommended!

Have been there for 2 times this year , and have to admit that hospital is very good and doctor very competent .
Specials thanks for our translator Faisal Sayed Sabir , who helped us a lot for consultation with doctors and for arranging us the shuttle from hotel to hospital .

Doctors are ok. But overall service and patient experience deteriorated significantly over the last 2 years. Admin staff is uncapable und ignorant. Payment process takes ages even with a private health insurance which has a partner program with the hospital. We went there frequently because the location is very convenient for us, but in the last months we always left disappointed. Prices for blood work are ridiculously high. I can no longer recommend this hospital. Service and overall experience in the American Hospital is on a complete different level.
