Wonderful hotel with great location (near to the sea and city centre), friendly staff, comfortable and clean rooms with new furniture and tasty food. A lot of salads, vegetables, sweets. Waiters and cookers are very smiling and kind persons, only positive impression.

The person behaviour is very good but we booked this hotel as all inclusive and we thought that like the hotels Riviera and Taç premier has very good service but they give us a Plate of nugget for lunch and a plate of sausage and egg for dinner. I book this hotel with 240 TL and Taç hotel with 270 for 3 persons but I think the price that we pay for Taç premier hotel is for meals and stay in this hotel is free because of very good meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner are very nice I don't want to say that this hotel is a bad hotel but the meals are very very bad and thay don't cost as price that pay and if you divided to book hotel Kleopatra Blue Hawaii don't choose option of "All Inclusive"

Bu otele iki ay onceden rezervasyon yaptirdik. Kaparomuzu gonderdik. Otele gittigimizde otelde teknik bi sorun olduğunu oda veremediklerini soylediler. Bizi yan taraftaki kiytirik bi otele gonderdiler. O otelde hic bi ücret ödemeden kalin dediler. Yeme icme ve diger aktiviteler icin buraya gelin dediler. Tamam dedik kabul ettik. Yan otele gittigimizde odalarda iki tane tek kişilik yataklarin oldugunu gorduk. Evli oldugumuzu cift kisilim yatakli oda istedigimizi söyledik. Cok kaba bi sekilde davranıp bizim otelimiz bu şekilde dediler. Biz de zaten magdur olduk yan otelden gonderdiler bizi. Bise yapamazmiyiz dedik. Gidin kendi otelinize sikayette bulunun siz benim musterim degilsiniz dediler. Bunu blue hawainin gonderdigi miray otel yapti. Biz tekrar blue hawaiye geldik. Yatmamiz icin gonderdiginiz otel bize boyle boyle dedi dedik. Allahtan resepsiyondaki kiz iyiymis de üzüldü falan hay Allah nasil olur niye öyle davrandilar ki vs derken resepsiyondaki kiz ben size ucretinizi iade ediyim dedi. Tamam dedik ama biz napicaz simdi. Nerden bulucaz simdi bos odali bi otel. Neyse paramizi aldik ciktik otel aradik. Dolas babam dolas. Saat oglen 12 gunes tepemizde. Bu arada ogrendik ki bize blue hawai boş odasi olmadigi icin yan otele gondermis. İki ay onceden rezervasyon yaptirdigimiz halde magdur olduk. Kisacasi bu otele guvenmeyin arkadaslar. Sizi yari yolda kapida birakabilir ki bizi kapida birakti. Asla ve asla bu oteli onermiyorum. Tandigim herkese de bu otele aman ha rezervasyon yaptirmayin diyorum.

in the menu was 35 tl for lamb spitters. the bill shows 55 for that.
discussion with the boss. there was a second stuff guy.
when my friend said that he will not pay more than 35 because of the menu card and will go to the police because he can not be deceived, one of the staff was very aggressiv and said my friend is supposed to hold his mouth is here in turkey and he wifd kill him. literally he said pay the bill and go, shut up, you are here in turky i will kill you.
we are now at the police because of the death threat and notify the message to to our gouverment.response / report this review -

4* for the room which was big and clean, the staff of the hotel was very kind and the location was great. What needs to be improved is the staff at the restaurant EXCEPT the head waiter, he was great oh and the breakfast needs a little variation. All in all thanks for the nice holiday!

Location its ok, also rooms are solid. But for eat you dont have choices..for breakfast every day eggs. Seef you dont have it must buy, also water you dont have it only glasses..in room you dont have it and must buy.

Отель хороший, после ремонта! Wi fi есть во всем отеле , но слабенький, еда нормальная, до моря 3 мин. Пляж просто супер! Отель тчнет га 4☆

merkezde olması ve konumu çok iyi ama otel tam bi fiyasko ben ailemle gittik suyun hesabını yapan biyer erkek gurupları dolu insan su içmeye çekiniyor çalışanlardan yani kısacası birdaha kesinlikle gelmem tatilimiz kabus oldu yemekler berbat aç kaldık çoğu zaman sakın gitmeyin birazdaha fazla verip iyi biyer seçin

Хороший отель чистый, новый. От моря очень близко . питание вполне !каждый найдёт для себя что то вкусненькое . соответствует своим 3 звездам ! +. Персонал доброжелательный . классный в отеле хамам, вышла младенцем!цены тоже адекватные можете поторговаться !
