I visit this place since I was a kid :) more then 25 years :) friendly staff try chicken or beef wraps with mushroom ;) if you are hungry too much then go with a meat plate

COLD pizza, DRY Salmon and FILTHY Bathrooms.
Exceptionally disappointed.
As a frequent guest to many of Bagdat Cadessi, Kalamis, Bebek and Bosphorus Kanal side restaurants with the same price range as Kirinti, I am very disappointed in this venue.
FOOD
We ordered a Carpaccio Pizza and for me Salmon with Broccoli.
THE PIZZA:
Arrived 15 minutes BEFORE my Salmon. Arrived COLD. When we asked for the pizza to be taken back for a warm pizza, they had an excuse: The carpaccio makes the pizza cold. Really? DOMINOZ PIZZA arrives IN THE RAIN with a take away Pizza that is delivered on a scooter and it is burning Warm. This is a nonsense excuse and giving such a response to your guest is unacceptable. Do we look like idiots? The pizza got cold before you put the toppings on.
THE SALMON:
When it FINALLY arrived, my partner was half way through his cold pizza and me watching him and waiting for my food. 15 minutes. The Salmon arrived in wrapped in oven paper now, I have never received food in the package that it is made in. This is strange, but I accepted as it smelled amazing! The Salmon was over cooked. Chewy like dry chicken. The scales on the skin wasn't removed which makes me wonder how it is cleaned before it is cooked?? The broccoli was amazing though.
THE LADIES BATHROOM:
WAS A MESS! Water on the floors, toilet seat protectors everywhere on the floor, no toilet paper in the cubicle and it was smelly. If you are asking a guest to spend minimum 100tl for 2 for a meal, then offer them CLEAN FACILITIES. This is unacceptible, hiegiene is a MUST. What does your kitchen look like?
SERVICE:
Service was good to start off with. Once the pizza arrived cold and we very kindly asked for a fresh pizza, it turned south. The excuses were de-grading and the attitude unacceptible. The garson represents the restaurant. He is responsible that food should come to the table at the same time. Needless to say when it came to tip time, he left the tip plate on our table after paying by credit card. As a test we didnt leave the tip on the table, but had it in our hand for when we greet him. We greeted him in a very friendly manner, but his eyes was on the tip plate. He didnt even look at us or greet us.
We then didnt tip and were VERY close to speaking to management. Once again, very disappointed.response / report this review -
