Very small country airport. Employees are kind. There is no smoking space inside the airport.

Compact airport barely sufficient for the amount of traffic it receives. Considering it's just half an hour from a major ski resort and an hour from magnificent region of Cappadocia, one expects more connections.
The entrance is a bit cramped. Staff is relatively helpful compared to other places in Turkey.
Toilets need more attention.
No free wi-fi and that's minus one star for me for any airport.response / report this review -

A small airport enough for a small city like Kayseri; bathroom is not very clean and mostly not a toilet.

The better store to shop at is Ipek, on the left of the first x-rays. The one on the right of the second x-rays, Sahin, is as rude as can be..Ipek is kind, polite, and there are more varieties, with better prices.
X-rayden gecince solda kalan bufe, Ipek yani, daha kibar, nazik, ayrica hem cesit cok hem fiyatlar daha iyi. Ikinci x-rayin sagindaki Şahin bufe hem kaba saba, hem cesidi az, hem de fiyatlari daha yuksek.response / report this review -

I was a bit worry in the beginning, seem like a big mess from the entrance gate. Our flight to Istanbul was 10:25 we arrived at airport gate already 9:30. Anyway it just take time to queue up all the line, many passengers, not enough sitting chair, not so comfortable but no complain as it wouldn't take too long to board. In the end all could fly.

Don't worry about this airport. It is so smart and has helpful staff and facilities. It is a international airport but it doesn't mean, it is so busy. It's not complex so clearly and practice! Yes, there are some lack of things which is not more options of cafe and wifi but there is a Turkish airlines lounge where is raly quality and good!, you can access it. One of the most important things is that this airport is in heart of the city! It is very close to city center and all of historical places, including cappadocia! Welcome to Kayseri which is history, trade and education city!

Small airport relatively convenient to get in and out. Although not many facilities. No free wifi, only a small restaurant, and small bathroom.

Çok küçük bir havalimani, ilk bakışta çok bakımsız imajı veriyor. Işıklandırmalari zayıf dekor her şey çok eski dökülüyor sanki. İnen tek uçak olduğu halde bagajlarimizi vermeleri çok uzun zaman almıştı. Bekle bekle bekle de çanta gelecek..

Saçma sapan bir sistem kurmuşlar.Yığıntı olmadan uçak bekleme salonuna alınmıyor onun için ne kadar erken giderseniz gidin uçağı kaçırma ihtimaliz yine de var

It's an okay airport. I'm not complaining but there's only a small cafe on the second floor (the only thing there). There's only one gate so you won't have trouble finding your gate. Also, there's no wifi so be prepared for that.
