We stayed in this super cozy family run hotel in April during our 2-day Cappadocia visit. Manager helped us with arranging balloon ride, car rental, airport transfer, laundry, etc. Room is big and clean, water is HOT! and breakfast is way over all expectations!

Good location. Nice and spacious cave rooms. All facilities available. 5 min walk to market and main bus terminal. Tours also available at good rates at the hotel. Rooftop of the hotel has beautiful view of the valley as the hotel is at too.

Terrible service. They don't give you cave room as you request. But who go to Goreme to stay normal hotel room? Bad service manner too.

Good value hotel. The hotel arranged complimentary airport pick up and bus transfer for us. They also arranged the balloon air trip and Cappadocia tour beforehand, made our trip hassle free. Good breakfast and room. Offer amazing view from its breakfast room and terrace.

Nice and clean just make sure dont take the room number 9 is very close to the chimney so the smell enter in the room

Nice environment and cumfortable rooms. The view from the rooftop is amazing. It is great that the price was low. But service was poor. Breakfast quite bad. the guy at the reception booked us the wrong tour as he could not speak english. Then, he made us leave the room at 9:30 am when he had authorized us to stay. Bad experience.

We have stayed in Kayatas on 18-19th May, 2017 along with our 15 months old daughter and we've enjoyed the staying there! We late checked in at midnight and they gave us a room which was not fully a cave room as we required! But in the next morning They gave us a beautiful cave room as we required and I think that was a room which price was higher than of the room we booked! And we were so overwhelmed and thankful coz we loved that and of course admire the hospitality they provided!!! Sayeed's sister Aysha was also so helpful! We enjoyed the homely environment as well! Loved the food and the view from the restaurant! Can't forget the lovely hammocks on the sitting Area in the top!!

Müthiş bir otel. Konumu göremenin merkezinde biraz yüksek biyer de ve teras manzarası çok güzel. Restoran da terasta ve orda manzaraya karşı yemek yemek çok güzel. Odalarıda çok temiz, yataklar konforlu, tek kullanımlık terlik ve havlular hepsi çok iyi. Odaları ferah ve içinde plazma televizyon ve konforlu koltuklarda bulunuyor. Söylenecek tek birşey bu fiyata bu yer çok güzel. Özellikle kış aylarında baya düşük fiyat.

Excellent and courteous staff who speak English, good breakfast spread and a nice view of the town. Only recommendation is to not book your baloon your here.
