We wouldn't have had the carpet washed. They brought the carpet wet. I called and explained the situation. His answer is like a joke, "It's not my fault, if you took it out of the bag right away." The carpet is damaged and they are still being arrogant on the phone, wishing you hadn't washed it. I've attached the pictures, I'll be seeking my rights on consumer rights.

I worked with the company in February 2021, carpet washing and overlock would be done and both services were fulfilled properly. There was a slight misunderstanding about the overlock point, but the company immediately compensated for the error, and on top of that, it made extra carpet washing for free.
