  Buses are mostly late, catering and cafe stuff is expensive and theres always unexpected delays -only good thing is toilets are free

  Comfortable buses, nice snacks and big variety of cities. But station is a bit far from downtown and not easy to get to

  4 hours turned into 8! They stopped to pick up everyone at multiple stops with lots of backtracking, didn't let us off for the bathroom for 6.5 hours, stopped serving drinks after 5 hours, didn't have wifi, made us change buses, and overall it was an exhausting and frustrating experience!

  Very disorganised. Waiting area for the passengers is not carefully seperated buses has to park around people. Also gets incredibly noisy when there are people sending their relatives to military service.
