Very upscale restaurant, and staff are very friendly.
The restaurant offers types of meals, in which you can eat the most delicious Turkish and international meals, as well as types of desserts.
The restaurant overlooks the street, allowing a terrace suitable for smokers and outdoor lovers.
The place is suitable for children.
There is a VIP, as well as a toilet for men and another for women.
You can pay by debit card.
In my opinion it is the best restaurant in Kars and I highly recommend you to visit it.response / report this review -
