Karma spa is beautiful. You can get a terrific massage from Seyhan. The receptionist, Gamze, is the friendliest person we've ever met! The executive suite is warm, welcoming, and well decorated with high-quality furniture and luxurious linens. You will not want to leave this world-class JW Marriott.

Wonderful hotel that deserves a full five stars. The rooms were excellent. Service at the main lobby and bar was great. The sky bar view of Ankara was a very nice bonus. There is quite a bit of construction nearby though so walking to nearby restaurants was not possible.

Good hotel. Nice meals. Only some service rules are not comfortable for the visitors.

I attended an official meeting at the hotel. Meeting room was terrible i wasnt able to see the screen sound system was very noisy. Technical staff were incapable. Insufficient coffe break was another problem. There was limited mugs for taking coffee and even cofffee machines became out of stock in short time. It was a disappointing meetin activity for me

The hotel does everything right but lacks character. Check in was very professional. Room is as you'd expect. Spotless, spacious, excellent facilities. Restaurants were good but lacked privacy. Only one bar at lobby. All in all nice Marriot but lacks any individuality

The hotel is amazing. Large, spacious and comfortable rooms. Relaxing ambience. Food is very tasty. The hotel was quiet while I stayed, but that didn't hinder my experience.

I checked in to this wonde opulent hotel last night. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful and made check in simple and painless. My room is stunning, wonderful decor and complete with everything I needed Breakfast the executive lounge was tranquil and pleasant and more than sufficient

Beautiful hotel with great restaurants and friendly staff. All speak English fluently. The hotel is in walking distance to major shopping centers and is centrally located in the city for business / government meetings.

Still my favourite hotel when I stay in Ankara.
Very nice and modern and if you managed to get an upgrade, you will find yourself with a fantastic experience in this amazing place.
Staff always looking after your needs, excellent food served at the restaurant and all modern fitness and spa you might expect from this hotel grade.
Looking forward for my next stay!

It was my first 5-stars experience, I was impressed. Huge, spacious and beautiful, everything is marble and carpet. The room was big, the bed extremely comfortable. Staff is very kind, and I have never seen before that huge selection for breakfast in a hotel.

Beautiful hotel that always fresh, clean, and well maintained. Outstanding restaurants, particularly the JW Steakhouse! Great gym, pool, and spa facilities. Best part of the hotel is the friendly and welcoming staff. They really go the extra mile to make you feel at home.

This hotel has serious problems with their room heating system. Imposible to adjust and turn off the aircondition!!! at the room. Asking several times to the reception. and no action!!
