Breathtaking view on the 55th floor.. i recommend everyone to try it.. especially the 4D skyride experience.
Istanbul Sapphire is an amazing place, it’s so beautiful and who climbs to the 53 floor can see all istanbul. 🤩🤩
A must see in town. If you want to see the city from birds-eye view, the terrace of the building can be used as an observation terrace, it's definitely a must see.
Been going there for a while now. Not that impressed. With exceptions, many shops here hire very rude or unhelpful ppl. Carrefour with their young male cashier's giving you attitude when you ask for a plastic bag, the coffee shops that make comments about your appearance in Turkish and think you don't understand. The security that look at you look you don't belong there. The takeaway shops like burger king that serves locals before you. It's not a place I prefer to go to. The cinema is good though.
It is very pity and dissapponting to see inside designed as chinese cheap malls. Also roof is not tidy, nor properly designed. Contrary to spectucular view for Istanbul, orginising is not ok for this building. It must be redecorated and reorginised completely. 4D simulator room was very dirty. We waited too long to go up and enter into the 4D room.
Great building, neat and clean enviroment with small stalls and cafes and clothing shops.
I loved the chocolate stand that has fountain of white chocolate to go with strawberries or bananas and the experience of istanbul 360 that is on the top of the building . Roof top
Sapphire is the tallest building in Istanbul. In the first few floors you can enjoy shopping there. There are also some surprises waiting for you there the first one is the lift which takes you 200 m above the ground and you can have a beautiful birds's view of Istanbul from it's terrace. The second surprise is a beautiful 4D cinema in which a helicopter takes you to a touristic journey around the lstanbul and it's really really beautiful.
Unfortunately the large majority of stores in the mall have closed down. It would be only one star if being rated for the mall only. However, there is a viewing platform at the top floor which allows expansive views of the city.
It's a nice small little mall. Nothing too spectacular..and I don't think one could spend a long time here in terms of shopping..but it has some nice coffee shops..and a few romantic looking restaurants in the basement. It's quiet.. which is always a luxury in Istanbul.
One of the greatest view of Istanbul from the top terris. You can see. Both the bridges. It's always windy. And view is good
AWFUL CAFETERIA!! DIRTY TEA CUPS!
We visited the 360 Istanbul and Sky Ride - really nice place. However, I would like to give a feedback about cafeteria on the roof.
First of all - no prices for the cakes shown and nobody gave us a menu either. Second - no bill was provided for the meal we paid for. Third and the most important and awful - dirty cups for Turkish tea!!! Me and my friend got 2 dirty cups with oily fingerprints and lips traces of the previous "user". We gently returned the tea to the barmen and asked him to change. However, he didn't even tell simple "sorry" to us. Instead of this he brought one clean cup, and one more dirty (again!!) When we asked him again to change it, he blamed it's our hands are dirty! Very rude and unprofessionally, not the level of high-level fancy place as Sapphire.
As the barmen doesn't speak English, I kindly asked his colleague from SKY RIDE to translate to the guy I wish to write a feedback in the feedback book. Instead of that, they started to explain to me how tired and busy they are, said "sorry" and even suggested my money back.
I told: I don't need my money, I wish to have the adequate service for the money I'm paying. And I want to warn customers not to eat/drink in the Sapphire cafeteria. It's not possible to trust a place after all.
Btw, the management doesn't care about the customers feedbacks - 2 weeks ago I sent the same email to them, however, I didn't receive any answer. So just don't eat there.
Not enough shoppıng optıons. I was lookıng for travel luggage and accessorıes.
Worth it just for the view of the city it offers from the observation deck. Also one of the best locations for photography in Istanbul.
We LOVE to bring our friends here when they are in town. This is the perfect place to try and grasp how expansive this city really is. We have never eaten a meal at the top but have enjoyed drinking a cup of Turkish tea while watching the sunset over the city.
