Great museum to learn all about the train that once connected Asia (through Istanbuk) to modern day Paris. The museum hosts a massive collection of antique pieces and models of train tracks and routes. Highly recommended. A person is also available to answer any inquires for free.

Inaugurated as the terminus of the Orient Express from Paris in 1890, Sirkeçi Station fuses French Art Nouveau elements and Ottoman architectural details

If you are a fan of railroads and trains, this won't be your favourite museum but it is still full of interesting and beautiful artefacts. Don't forget to check.

Here you can find a automatic luggage storage. Also it's old building, interesting to see.

Museum has many artifacts from the country's railroad heyday: uniforms, tools, books, maps, communications tools, and even a multiple unit cab. Highly recommended for anyone near Eminönü/Sirkeci.
