I had a battery installed in the watch I've been using for years. Battery was replaced for 40 TL. Less than 2 months later, the battery of my branded watch died. (I had the battery replaced before it died. It had been 1.5 years since the previous battery.) When I explained the situation to them, they said that the battery is not under warranty. Because they used poor quality batteries, the battery died early and I was charged for a quality battery. When I pointed out the situation, their reactions were very irritating. I can say that it is definitely the type you would not want to deal with as a tradesman or as a human being. I definitely do not recommend it. You can choose watch shops around the square to change the battery.

So we left without buying anything. He lost customers. There are much better silversmiths in Sivas. Like Furkan Gümüş, Çanka Gümüş.
