I’m second visit here, last year I came to Istanbul for work, I came again today for work too, the breakfast is good at such a room price and the WiFi it is weak in my room, here is not near Metro, when I go out I need to take a taxi.

Hotel is neat and clean ..Food taste is good ..The reception staffs need to improve on how to treat their guest.. I was made to starve for food after coming from a flight journey of 12 hours saying Food is not booked under my reservation..After the same was confirmed by the agent over phone to the reception guy still he didn't allow us to eat saying we have to wait for written mail confirmation..After waiting for another half hour no response and restaurant going to close in 10 min time ..I had to ask again the status and then he says go and eat ..Is that way to treat guest ? I would have rated 2 star but just because of someone's behaviour don't want to blame the entire hotel ..other staffs are kind though ..

One of the most worst hotels I have seen in my life. Firstly reception refused to show me the room & they answered me that you can see on internet, which isn't reflecting the reality.

When I went to the 6 floor, the corridor's smell was really bad. Room was so small with very old furnitures. AC was not working, maintinance team has come & they ask me to wait for 15 minutes. 2 hours passed & the situation as it's. I went down to complain to the recipient and their answer is that they have a technical issue in their AC which was not informed to me before staying. They give me another room but again the new has the same issue. I decided to leave & hotel refused to refund my money despite that they were not clear with me when I checked in about their AC issue.

The rooms are ok. The exchange rate is quite low compared to the city posts (this is normal). Before coming to this place I've been warned when changing currencies, the guys in the lobbie will not give you any iformation about the exchange rate if you dont ask first, they will give you less money and when you ask how much is the exchange rate they will act like they mistaked. BE CAREFUL!

Rude employees, and an unexpected 10 Euros fee to be able to use the shared swimming pool between the Ibis hotel and the Novotel.

I loved the view and the breakfast. The only problem: they don't speak English so it's difficult the communication with the people there. It is clean and comfortable. If I go back to Istanbul I'll stay there

Nice basic hotel with good location and less traffic compare to other side of the old town. You can easily reach old town and many touristic attractions. Do no expect so much during your stay. Nice beds and nice breakfast and sea view

Good hotel with very good location. The parking is private and free for the hotel guests. The people who are working on the reception are very polite and are helping with everything, nearby places, taxi and etc. The rooms are good and clean. The breakfast is good, too.

very good location and quite place ibis is always same all over the world.. little far from city centre but all is ok I like their concern about guest even 5AM they served me breakfast as i have early morning flight.
