No elevator from street to reception but there is between the floors. Stuff is so nice. Breakfast was good. Localisation is so good.

Well placed for the tram and very close to the major sites. Breakfast was a Turkish affair and was plentiful and delicious. The staff were polite and eager to please. Great value hotel

The worstes host( personal),especially the manager who was wery agresive in languagenever hapend/seen this before all the world.For 2 housr they've ruined my image about Turkey 😔

Good hotel for the price you pay. Good breakfast with lots of options. The reception looks like done with lack of taste though. But the rooms look more expensive. The toilet was not clean. There is a pool worth visiting with nice view (not roof top).

Beds are squeaky. Bathroom isn't the cleanest. Small rooms. Decent wifi. Good AC. Good Location (15 mins walk from grand bazaar and 20 mins from Blue Mosque,).

Worst hotel I have ever been . bad experience . rude receptionist, I asked for the manager to speak with but they refused . no access for disabled person or for buggy because of the stair with no lift . avoid

Young couple, stayed here for 6 nights in 2014. Nice hotel, OK breakfast and stuff, but small room. Close to tram and metro station (5 minutes walk).
