  Nice and clean hotel, helpful and smiling staff. The room and bathroom were clean, the bed was comfortable. The internet was ok. The hotel's location is very good in the city, in walking distance to almost everything and there is a tram stop just outside the hotel.

  Staff nice, rooms clean beds comfy.
  The internet is terrible. And has been for years. For a comercial hotel chain it is pathetic.
  The menu hasn't been changed in at least a decade. There are very few items worth ordering. Service not good. The steak for example is served with asparagus which is warm at the thin end cold at the other, carrots cold on one side, and the potatoes cold in the center. Beer is overpriced as are all drinks, thus the bar is often void of life.
  The pool? Is Gazianteps biggest bird bath for feral pigeons. Don't recommend using it.

  It is a nice Hotel for sure one of best in Ganzianteb. Nice personell as well, clear and large Room, absolute 4 Star +
  With Swimmingpool and Other extra conference Room, even large one available.
