Good things about this hotel is the indoor pool and sauna and massage $ and free breakfast bad things is very boring place. Dark and underground.

The hotel is located in the historic peninsula. The rooms are clean and functional but I don't like the sound insulation of the room. Although I was already exhausted and tired, was hearing the next room. Stuff very friendly. Breakfast is excellent above average. There are Spa, Pool, Sauna, Hamam and massage, but unfortunately i couldn't have time to use them.

nice hotel , room space is good , a varied breakfast near to transportation ( metro,tram,bus) historical places is about 15- 30min walking (grand pazar , blue mosque , ayasofya) i loved my staying in this hotel the staff were friendly and helpful

Good location next to shops, historical sights and most importantly the metro station, good swimming pool and spa. Breakfast is below avg, rooms are dull with awful soundproof. It's a good hotel if you want to stay out most of the time.

It is centrally located, very close to all historic attractions. Breakfast is very good, room was clean and overall it is good value for money. There's is roof top pool but it was not working while I was in hotel because of renovation.

I am not exaggerating if I say the worst room service ever! They tell lies!! They do not clean the ground! Hot water sucks shower sink is closed; resulted in water sinking to lower floor!! Talking to the hotel guys changed nothing!!
No electricity plugs.. Ii was suffer to charge my phone!!
Very poor breakfast! Soes not change everyday same silly things!

First-class four-star hotel with accommodating staff, nicely designed rooms, a magnificent spa and pool, located at the very center of Istanbul and the Fatih district. 2-minutes walk to the M2 metro line. The breakfast left nothing to be desired. A car park is available directly in front of the hotel. I was able to deposit my luggage after check-out since my outbound flight was scheduled to take off at around 11 p.m.
Only downside is that there was only one socket available in the hotel room to charge your phone which was not in the vicinity of the bed. I'd give 9.9 stars out of 10.response / report this review
