Good rooms, good breakfast and friendly staff. Absolutely nothing to complain about. Nothing to do in this hotel, just a place to sleep or get a coffee at the reception.

The room was small and depressing and not suitable for couples or families. Bathroom should have a better shower cabin. I do not recommend to stay unless you have to.

Our first room smelled like cigarettes, we even found ashes lying around. Obviously we asked for another room. This time the lights were flickering, so we asked for another room. When doing so, the man behind the counter was clearly fed up with my "preposterous demands". He started sighing and threw me a third card for another room. This room seemed okay, exept for the fact that a random service door was present, right next to our bed. Thus we decided to pack our bags and left for the hotel right across the street, which I can highly recommend. I traveled in Turkey a few times, and have close relatives here. Turkey is known for their outstanding customer service, especially in hotels. The way me and my girlfriend were treated seemed otherworldy, even to my Turkish peers. Steer clear from this one.

Descent and reasonable place to stay. Neat and clean rooms. Polite and helpful staff. Good location. Malls and Restaurants are in walking distance.

Rooms are cold in winter and heating system needs 1 hour to worm the room, there is smell of smoke in the room it self, pillows and bathroom.

My favorite place to stay! But its a little cold in winter, plus sometimes there is a smoking smell in the room,even its forbidden to smoke there. They need to ckeck this thing better

Nice clean rooms, simple and practical. Very nice breakfast room with floor-to-ceiling windows all around, surrounded by greenery. Helpful and cordial staff.

I was really surprised by hotel's service in the most positive ways and breakfast for family was included (big +). Hotel's staff very helpful in all ways. I traveled from Poland by car in 2014 with family and to this time I'm thinking sometimes to come back again to this hotel and accomplish visiting Istanbul and especially some places on Asian side of the Bosphorus. Distance to the city center is not a problem , it is easy to get to Metro and ferry by bus. Actually I preferred that kind of connection as kids can learn how to manage traveling in different countries by public transportation. Never the less I really recommend this hotel.
